YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS:

You will enjoy the privacy of two master suites, each with King size bed, ensuite and blackout blinds. Aswell, each suite has its own air conditioning unit and ceiling fan. 

MASTER #1 with large sliding glass door over cobblestone street.

MASTER #2 with private deck over garden area and work desk for those needing to work from home.

MAIN BATH is 1/2 Bath in entry hallway, well away from entertainment areas but with easy access for guests.

ENTRY

LIVING/ENTERTAINMENT ROOM open layout and indoor outdoor living with wrap around sliding doors and wrap around deck.

Large comfortable sectional with a glass covered parota block coffee table, two side block parota tables and a custom entertainment unit.  Your will not lack for comfort, entertainment or style. 

DINING ROOM

Indoor seating for four at our custom made parota table as well as 3 bar stools at the counter.  The glass top extends the dining area and will accommodate more if you need for guests. You will find everything you need for fine dining in our well equipped kitchen. 

KITCHEN
Full set of dishes and cutlery. Fully loaded for cooking. Gas cooktop and gas/electric oven. Entire building has water purification and filters and kitchen has independent reverse osmosis and ultraviolet water system for drinking and cooking.

DECKS SIDE/FRONT & BACK off Master #2

The decks offer outdoor dining, BBQ and relaxation areas. Follow the sun. Iguanas and birds offer unique entertainment.

ROOFTOP POOL WITH UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW AND SHARED COMMON KITCHEN/BAR AREA.

The rooftop pool and common area is where you will view the entire Bahía de Banderas. Watch whales breaching, sailing and fishing boats out of LaCruz, kite surfers and para sailers. Socialize or just soak up the rays and take a dip in the heated pool. The sunrise and sunsets are spectacular.  You can take your refreshments up top if you wish to cook there and dine watching the sunset, or entertain guests and enjoy the amenities.
