We stayed in this lovely condo from Nov. 2 until December 21st, 2023. Great location & had everything we needed to live in Bucerias for a full 2 months. The hosts were excellent. I would not hesitate to stay there again as it was perfect in every way.

This condo unit is very well appointed, outfitted with all the amenities you need, and comfortable. Close to the beach and several great restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed this condo and our stay in Bucerias. We will definitely look into staying in this condo again in the future!! The only downside was all of the condo construction on either side of this condo complex, but that's progress.

Bucarias Casa was excellent! Beautifully appointed, top of the line linens and mattresses, nicely decorated and it felt very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find some cold Pacificos when we opened the fridge so we left more behind for the next visitors. It is within short walking distance to many restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The condo staff are super friendly and helpful. The top floor pool was so refreshing on hot humid days and had great views of the bay. Bucaraias is in a construction boom but we did not find it disturbing our stay. The owners were very responsive and provide excellent communication on everything to do with the condo.

First I want to thank Philip for making his property available for rent. It was exactly as pictured and detailed on VRBO. Pro's: Extremely clean and well cared for Very well equiped condo Great quality furnishings and very tastefully decorated Matresses, pillows, sheets, towels all top notch Great floor plan for 2 couples sharing one condo Roof top pool area was fantastic and we spent much of our time there. Con's: Bucerias has been experiencing a crazy construction boom for the last few years and will continue to for a few more, it is simply unavoidable. Currently directly to the north side of this complex is a big new tower going up, I would estimate it to be at floor 5 or floor 6 right now and they are working at least 6 days a week. To the south side just across the street they are putting in the piles for a another new complex to be built, I would estimate that the piling work will be complete in the next couple of weeks and honestly I did not find it very bothersome. The condo is amazing, Philip has done everything he can do to ensure a wonderful stay. Construction noise is out of his control and we really were not bothered by it as we knew the current situation in Bucerias before we booked. Thanks again and hopefully we have an opportunity sometime in 2024 to stay there again.

Very secure condo, supplied with all the basics you need. Well appointed with interesting art objects and wall hangings. Rooftop pool is great with an amazing view. Things out of control of the owner include a cantina with loud music about a block away on the main highway and the construction of a new condo development on the opposite side of the complex. Given the location of the unit halfway up a hilly street, the noise level was tolerable and I am a very, very light sleeper. Would definitely rent again if the opportunity arose. Thanks again.

Felt just like home. The condo is equipped with everything you need. Friendly neighbours. You can walk to mostly everything you want to do. Love the atmosphere in Bucerias!

Philip's condo is in a great location and the views from the rooftop pool are stunning. We have being using Airbnb for years and Philips' place was outfitted far better than any other place we rented. And the knifes were sharp. Something that is always an issue when renting. There was a little wrinkle checking in but Philip resolved it quickly. There was also a bit of a hurricane during our stay but no issues with the condo. Would we rent this condo again? Absolutely!

Condo is exactly as described. New building and it shows. Short walk to beach. Spectacular views from rooftop pool. Many 5star restaurants within walking distance. Grocery stores a short cab ride away. Philip sent clear instructions outlining the building rules and how to operate everything in the unit. We really enjoyed ourselves.

If you want to be right on the beach, this is not the unit for you, as described in Philip’s webpage. Stay here, in a brand new unit that is a short walk to the beach, and save the $$.

This unit is well decorated and fully outfitted with anything you might need. You can’t get much better than this.
Lots of storage space in bedrooms, smart TV, Bluetooth speakers, ice maker, your own BBQ, large deck area. Even beach chairs and umbrella were available. Loved the combination lock - no need to keep track of keys.
It was a little noisy being so close to the street, but we got used to it. You can hear music from one of the nightclubs on the lateral on weekend nights.
The building is well maintained. The staff were excellent. Arranged booking of taxis for us on a few occasions.
The rooftop pool and deck area is amazing. The pool is heated and the view over the bay is spectacular. As renters we could have guests in the unit but were disappointed to find out we could not have guests at the rooftop lounge area.
Linda and Philip were very attentive. Great hosts.
Enjoyed our 3 week stay here that we shared with another couple and hope to return.

We stayed at Bucerias Casa for the month of December. The condo was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The building is well maintained and secure. The rooftop pool area is georgeous. The complex is in the heart of the goldon zone, close to everything you need to do. Linda and Phil were very easy to deal with from booking to great information about the condo and area and attentive to any needs. Met alot of great tenants at the condo complex. If you get chance to stay there, just do it.

We stayed 2 weeks in this beautiful, well appointed condo. It had everything we needed to feel at home. It is very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

The rooftop pool and area has everything you need to spend the afternoon relaxing and the most amazing view of the bay.

Philip was easy to get a hold of for any inquiries we had. We hope to visit this beautiful condo again soon.

Great experience in every way!! Philip’s place is gorgeous, decorated in style, in a brand new building, on an excellent location. It has a beautiful rooftop pool with terrace, which has the best view in Bucerías.
The apartment is elegant and cozy, and has all you could possibly need; Philip sent a very clear letter explaining everything from the rules of the condominium to the instructions on every appliance, and was always reachable through a text message. The staff was always quite attentive and warm, specially Gary.
The beach is two blocks away, and there are very good restaurants within walking distance, Philip included some of these places in his welcome letter.
All in all it was an excellent vacation for our family, we will be back for sure!!

My Husband and I spend a week in this beautiful elegant condo in March 2021. The location was perfect... close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.  The owner was very helpful and responsive.  We especially enjoyed the rooftop deck and the infinity pool! The panoramic view was breathtaking!
