Average Daily rate: $130 USD .

Discount offered for 28 day or more rental.

Cancellation Policy: Guests who cancel 60 days or more prior to check in will be reimbursed 100% of the amount we received. For cancellation less than 60 days prior to check in we will do our best to rebook your same dates and refund the amount recovered from a new booking less a $200 fee if successful. (This applies to bookings.)

Deposit is due at time of booking. Deposit is the damage deposit plus first month’s rent for rentals longer than a month or Damage deposit plus full rental amount for any rental under 28 days.

For Rentals longer than 28 days the balance of the rental days is the Final Payment and is due 45 days prior to arrival. For Christmas/ New Year Holidays, 60 days.

Damage Deposit: $800 US. Damage deposit is returned within 7 days from Check-Out date provided the house is left in good order and terms of this agreement have been met.
